Deeya Bhugra is a visual artist currently based in New Delhi. She holds an MFA in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts (SVA), New York, and a Bachelor's degree from Delhi College of Arts

At the core of Deeya’s practice is stippling — a meticulous drawing technique that uses thousands of tiny dots to build richly textured, evolving surfaces. She has also spent time in Auroville, where she led community-based art workshops for rural women, using her art as a medium of empowerment and connection.

Deeya now shares her love for drawing through intimate art classes at her home-studio in Delhi, offering a thoughtful space for creative growth and quiet exploration.
